During a program critiquing Pakistan's performance in the T20 World Cup, Lisa Sthalekar mentioned that Pakistan lost against India due to pressure in the match, senior players' failure to perform, and the team's inability to cope with the conditions. She highlighted that defeating Pakistan and qualifying for the Super Eight stage was a significant achievement for the United States.
Lisa Sthalekar noted that both the United States and Bangladesh teams adapted better to the conditions compared to Pakistan. She also commented on how basketball players celebrated the United States' success against Pakistan.
It's worth recalling that in the T20 World Cup, the United States defeated Pakistan in a Super Over while Pakistan also suffered a loss against India.
